The following will result in a forfeit of your deposit:

No Call, No Show

Failure to respond to confirmation texts

Failure to pick a reschedule date at the time of notice

Less than 48 hr notice for rescheduling

Tardiness of more than 15 minutes

Rescheduling more than twice
